As part of my own self-challenging habit, I recently decided to alter my Graphic Doodle series by adding a twist. 

 I'm now trying my hand at character design and story telling. First I'm just placing new characters into the abstract doodle compositions and thinking about how they may intereact with the scene. I haven't yet had explicit stories to tell so at first these characters just exist in abstract form without any dialogue. I'm very pleased with this approach so far and will allow each day to provide whatever comes naturally to the canvas.
